Of all the symbols of the Halloween season that I love, the Pumpkin has to be my favorite. Whether they are just un-carved and looking beautiful with their orange skin, or carved with spooky faces and lit up in Jack-O-Lantern form... nothing says Halloween more than them. New York Comic Con 2013 - Great Pictures from the Show Floor

The show floor at the 2013 NY Comic Con was epic... all the construction on the Javits Convention Center is done, and the flow of the floor was at an all time high. The new badge system and spreading of the Comic Con event throughout the WHOLE building made the floor much more manageable to navigate. Once again, the displays didn't disappoint and there was a lot to see. All of us amateur photogs affiliated with CCD decided to share our floor pics with you guys that couldn't be there to see what was hot. what we enjoyed and what you missed out on. My man Cal is genuinely concerned about the comment situation here at CCD. In his latest email to me in which he sends me his awesome Image Avalanche collections Cal stated that I should post them but "...I understand if you don't...since they are not really burning up the comments file!". Jesus people, you guys are making me look bad!!! My Canadian Correspondent gets quite a few comments on the posts that he does over at his Cave of Cool. He is used to get feedback from people. But over here at CCD, you guys seem to be to cool for school when it comes to leaving a few thoughts or words of encouragement. I have made my peace with it a long time ago, but now it is effecting my staff of collaborators and I must stand up for the integrity of the site!!!! Lets get it together and please leave Cal some thoughts so that he can keep these awesome image collections coming. If not he might head North of the border forever!!! I Wish The Chicks At My High School Looked Like This...

Finn, Rachel and Quinn of Glee are on the cover of this months GQ, and their pictorial is setting classrooms, lockerooms, and any old rooms in a school on fire.... yowser!!! Girls didn't look like this when I was a student. Obviously these 20 somethings are only playing teens, but come on... these girls are flaming hot. That Finn kid is kinda cute as well... er, um... forget it. Hope you guys enjoy the pics. The Reason Why I Blog...

Someone asked me why I put so much time and effort into this blog, and instead of snapping off a quick answer I really thought about it. This is what I came up with: I blog because I see alot of cool shit everyday on the sites I read, and I want to share these cool things with my friends and associates. That's pretty much what it comes down to... I laugh at some of this stuff so hard, I want you to see it. These two posts are exactly what I am talking about.
