I saw the Sam Raimi Oz film this weekend and I must say that I was truly impressed. I really liked the way Raimi brought the world of L Frank Baum to life on the screen, with all the visual mastery that we have come to expect from him. But I used to be in love with a different land of Oz... that of the Oswald State Correctional Facility, or OZ from the HBO hit series. That Oz was a bit different... you know, all the raping Aryans and killer inmates kind of make those witches seem a bit passe. I came across this really cool infographic over at Vulture that compares the two lands of Oz and found it quite funny. Hope you guys enjoy it...

Like it or not, John McClane just won't go away. 25 years ago Bruce Willis brought the tough as nails cop turned hero to the big screen and we have seen 4 incarnations of him along the way. As we are in the midst of the 5th release in the film series, Collider decided to team up with 20th Century Fox to create a infographic poster each of the films in the series, detailing all the great stuff that McClane does from soup to nuts. Earlier this month I noticed a new sub column on Netflix Instant entitled Holiday Favorites. it featured some great Christmas movies such as Christmas Vacation, The He-Man & She-Ra Christmas Spectacular, and A Nightmare Before Christmas. Now I love Christmas movies just as much as the next person... but how do my faves stack up against the top grossing Christmas movies of the past 30 or so years?
