Even Though We Got A Shit Ton Of Characters In Days of Future Past, They Wanted To Give Us Even More!!!!

So a lot of the characters that made there way into X-Men: Days of Future Past were placed in there to correct continuity errors in the last few movies, lay groundwork for future movies, and of course to sell more merchandise. But despite that fact that we seen over 20 X-Men, many villains, and probably a few hidden gems (I see you little Cable... I see you) there were a few characters that got left on the cutting room floor. One of the was Juggernaut... played pretty great by Vinnie Jones in the train wreck that was X-Men: The Last Stand. He got some cool screen time, and I for one would have liked him back. But since he didn't make the cut, there is no harm in leaking a few concept art pics on how he may have looked in the "future". There are two pics, both full body shots that are quite similar but show different masks that he may have sported. I like the look... it is very much like the comic version, modernized & practical. And its minus the giant dome piece (which I always loved, but looks dumb as shit). Check the two pics after the jump...

Young Justice Hoodies

These are absolutely fantastic... and they are sending the Tumblr world into a frenzy!!! While most of the geeks who came across these on their Tumblr feeds instantly did a Google search to try and figure out where they could buy them from, it seems that these are merely concept pieces designed by Deviant Artist SevenThirtyTwo. They are absolutely fantastic and I hope that one day they end up in some form of production. I think they are all great, but the Nightwing and Blue Beetle ones are the best. Enjoy all of them after the jump...

Concept Art: How Some Of The Most Iconic Movie Characters Of All Time SHOULD Have Looked

Concept art and early storyboards are fascinating to me, as they often give an insight into what a film was intended to be like during the early stages of development. Things often change, sometimes for the best and sometimes for the worst. One thing is certain, and that whether things get changed or not when you look at these early sketches you are seeing what initially lead to the film getting made. Someone posted a killer Imgur gallery of some dope concept art sketches of iconic movie characters and I must say I am very torn. some of the concept art looks way better than the finished products (Silver Surfer & Spidey come to mind) while others look silly (most of the Star Wars stuff) and was changed for the best. They are all cool, so check em out after the jump...

Is The Incredibles 2 On The Horizon??? Well... Not Exactly!!!

Wow... wow. In this era of sequels and franchises dominating the movie industry, how is it possible that we do not have an Incredibles 2 movie as of yet? This doesn't really make sense when you think of the fact that there is a Cars 2 and a bunch of those Chiuaua movies, yet no movement on the Pixar classic superhero story? Why lord, why!!! Anyway, an artist from The Netherlands (Edwin Rhemrev) has decided to put an end to this travesty himself. He has designed a shit ton of concept art for a proposed sequel, and it is spreading around the 'Net like wild fire. If you are a fan of The Incredibles , you need to continue after the jump to have your mind blown...

3 Questions About The Newly Released Captain America & Thor Posters

So I saw these two pieces of Concept Art/ Promo Posters that have been released for San Diego Comic Con 2010 on about a billion websites yesterday (Yeah Cal, I jacked your pic... what you wanna do about it??? LOL) So instead of just re-posting the posters and saying "oh, look how cool these are" after all the other sites that I love have already done it, I decided on a different approach. I analyzed the two posters, and I have a few questions. Here they are. Feel free to add your own questions in the comment section below... or better yet, try to answer my 3. Thanks, hope you enjoy...

  1. So it would appear that Marvel is going to go with a traditional round shield for Cap (as opposed to the Ultimate version), but is that a handgun in Cap's hand? I know they plan on showing him in World War II, but a gun drawn in the first poster seems a bit much, no? I was trying to think back to when I was a kid and read The Avengers religously, and I can never recall Cap with a gun.

  2. Did Loki always have a spear as his main weapon? Is this Loki's weapon like Thor has his hammer? Again, I am a bit removed from actaul comic reading, but I can not recall Loki having a giant kick ass spear.

  3. I feel like the backgrounds play a huge part in both posters. In Cap's, it seems they are in war-torn Europe. In Thor's, it seems like they are in that in-between realm that exists between Asgard and Earth. Do you think these climatic scenes will actually be on the big screen in the movies, or just being used in the concept art?
So thats my questions... whose gonna help me with some answers????
