Princess Peach Becomes The Bride

This is a cool mashup of the Super Mario Brothers/Donkey Kong video games and Kill Bill. Princess Peach is in all her glory as The Bride, but this time instead of the Crazy 88's it's Koopa Troopa's, Goomba's, Bowser, and Donkey Kong himself she is taking on. Great piece. Wish I knew who the artist was.

After my little trip down memory lane the other day when we talked about Dragon's Lair, I found this gem over on Deviant Art. Kidd P does a great job of re-imagining Mario as Dirk the Daring, Princess Toadstool as Daphne, and Bowser as Singe. Great work.

I Got My Money On The Plumber!!!

Check out this cool painting by artist Yves Bourgelas of Mario & Bowser playing 'Dance, Dance Revolution'. Their respective cheering sections are what makes the picture, as well as the classic arcade machines in the background. Dope piece.
