Canadian Delicacy Comes To McDonalds

Poutine is a Québécois dish consisting of gravy and cheese curd over French fries. It’s popular in Canada, where it’s eaten as fast food and a comfort food. McDonald’s restaurants in Quebec sell it. But now the company plans to make poutine available in all McDonald’s outlets throughout Canada. A serving will cost $3.99. Check out more pics after the jump...

You know that the actual food product will look nothing like any pictures taken of them by the company but the actual product does look a cold Canadian during a spell of - 30 degree weather. It would be great after a game of Curling for sure though it's tough to pass up a curling club cheeseburger.

Now I can finally say to someone who asks what it is - "Just shut up and eat your Poutine, boy. It's good for you."
