The Knicks have finally made a move that I am extremely happy over. Sure, I was happy after they signed Amar'e. He is a beast. Dude is the man. But 'Melo, Mr. Anthony if your nasty... one of my all time favorite players to ever suit up a pair of kicks, coming to NYC??? You gotta be kidding me!!! I am finally happy to say I am a Knick fan again in public after all these years.
Not On The Opposite Side Anymore... Nice!!!
I have loved Melo's game since he led the Syracuse Orange to a national title as a freshman. He was a beast then, and still is. He has been overshadowed his whole career by Lebron, and now he gets a shot to annually fuck Lebron out of a chance at the chip. God is good. We got Amar'e and Melo locked up for at least 4 years... and a shot at CP3 (Chris Paul) or Deron Williams next year when they become free agents. I think there is a group of superstars making moves in NYC... so lets go!!!
You Know Melo Was Wishing Upon A Star For NYC During The All Star Game!
Just in case you haven't seen what Mr. Melo is capable of, here is a highlight real to remind you:
I used to teach/coach with a guy named Mario Smith over at Pace High School in Miami, Florida. My man Mario was a great co-worker, a great coach, and a hell of a football player himself before we worked together at Pace from 2002-2004. He is still coaching there (I think)... but tonight I was dicking around on YouTube and saw what most Kansas State football fans refer to as "The Hit". It took place in the 1997 Cotton Bowl against BYU... here you go:
Holy.... Shit. That guy must have died.... did you see his legs shake afterward? Big hit from a big player. Just wanted to show my boy Mario a bit of love. Hope your Spartans are doing well... say whatup to Coach Zach for me!!!
Wow, just wow. In a move that I can not decide was either insensitive or poignant, Uwe Boll has released a new teaser trailer for his next film project. No its not BloodRayne 19, or Bubble Bobble: The Movie... no, it seems that Mr. Crapfest himself wants to take on a more serious topic this time around. Mainly, Boll plans to pull back the curtain on Auschwitz, the German concentration camp. The films name is Auschwitz, and Boll plans to show all of the brutality that went on there. Don't take my word for it. Check it out for yourself:
Perfect timing on the release of this subtle material for Uwe... it was released on the day that was to begin one of Judaisms biggest holidays, Rosh Hashanah. I'm sure they can't wait to see nude people and a naked baby being cremated on one of their holiest days... what a douche!!!
I kinda of likes Boll's movie Rampage, but besides that it has been hack city for the director. Alone In The Dark, Bloodrayne 1-36, and the one horror movie that was so bad that it was re-packaged as a comedy: House of the Dead!!! I honestly rate that movie as one of the three WORST flicks I have ever seen. But if there is one good thing to come out of this teaser, its the guarantee that we won't have to watch Ray Liotta in a medieval times sword & sandal epic (Thanks for In the Name of The King. Uwe... Thanks a bunch) This can not possibly be good... but we will be keeping an eye on this project. What are your thoughts? Share them with us in the comment section below.
Here is a picture that I came across in my usual perusing of the Internet. It's from Zack Snyder's upcoming epic sci-fi/fantasy/action conglomerate known as Sucker Punch. The movie straddles the line between reality and fantasy, and here is an example of this line crossing. We are treated to a dogfight between a airplane and a dragon... yeah you heard that right... AN AIRPLANE AND A DRAGON!!!
This is absolutely ridiculous... but exactly what I want to see in this movie. Snyder is massively talented, and so I am interested to see what he does with his own material. So, just to get your taste buds flowing, here is another picture... this time a close up of THE DRAGON!!!
That's a god damn dragon, battling a plane!!! Tell us what you think in the comment section below.
