With Sacha Baron Cohen donning a crazy beard and military garb for his new flick 'The Dictator', it is only fitting to take a look back at some of the other great portrayals of dictators throughout history. This cartoon styled drawing ran on the National Post's website a few days back, yet they don't give the artist/creator credit ANYWHERE on the site. What's up with that???
