Remembering Elizabeth Taylor, 1932 -2011

The film industry suffered a terrible loss yesterday when Elizabeth Taylor, actress extraordinaire, passed away from complications dealing with her chronic heart disease. She was 79. The two time Academy Award Best Actress winner ('Butterfield 8' & 'Who's Afraid Of Virgina Woolf?') played some of the most memorable roles of the last 50 years. She was the first actress to earn a seven figure salary for a movie ('Cleopatra') & had a torrid love life that saw her marry 7 different men, one of them TWICE (Richard Burton!). She was a larger then life figure who has been in poor health for quite awhile... so maybe it's best that she will finally get some peace. You will be missed and mourned, Ms Taylor... that is for sure!!! Hope you guys enjoy these pics highlighting her wonderful career.

  2. Ugh. Thanks for the link,Rob...but my stomach turned at each question that was asked to Taylor whether Kardashian came up with those questions or not..they just ALL seemed inappropriate in one way or another but Mz. Taylor's responses kept the article in check.

  3. PS Elizabeth Taylor could get it!

I'm kinda sad that I group in the Larry-Fortensky-chubby-Taylor days.
