Just Another Excuse To Check Out Germany: A Big Lebowski Themed Bar? Yes Please!!!!!

I am someone who loves to travel, and I often get inspired by stories that other people tell me about places they go. One of my favorite writers on the Internet, Vince Mancini from over at FilmDrunk, recently visited Germany and was taken to a Big Lebowski themed bar. That is just insane to me. I know there is a Big Lebowski store (Little Lebowski) in the Village here in NYC, but a whole bar themed after one of my favorite movies... a bar that I can order as many White Russians in as I want? A bar loaded up with cool set pieces, and artwork featuring the epic cast? I bet this is the kind of place that could get you a toe if you really needed one... lol. Just another reason to want to go check it out. Here is the link to the bar's official site, and you can see some of Vince's pics after the jump. Who want to check out the Deutschland?

In Honor Of Fathers Day...

One of my favorite blogs on the net is Filmdrunk. Vince and the gang write some of the wittiest commentaries on films and pop culture that you will ever read. These guys are wonderful. One of the things they often score major points with is creating video montages. Oliver Noble is the man who comes up with some great stuff. Today they posted a tribute for fathers day... but its not what you think. This one features THE WORST fathers in the history of cinema. Wow... these guys are pretty terrible. Check it out:

Cinema's Worst Fathers from FilmDrunkDotCom on Vimeo.

I find this amazing, but Robert Duvall has got to be the biggest douche dad ever. The above featured performance, plus his teatherball abuse of Will Ferrell in Kicking and Screaming and his son loathing role in Four Christmases clearly put him ahead of everybody else. But Ollie did get a God forsaking Jesus reference there... that's gotta be hard to top, no??? Are they missing anybody? Tell us in the comment section below and we will pass the suggestions along. Happy Fathers Day Everybody!!!!

How Many Bones Do You Think Steven Seagal Has Broken In His Movie Fights?

My man Vince Mancini over at Film Drunk may be one of my favorite bloggers on the internet... the dude is just hilarious. He has little things he injects to everyone one of his stories, like typing all his words with Bawstan (Boston) spellings whenever he discusses Mark Wahlberg. One of his favorite topics is the train wreck that is Steven Seagal... and everytime he discusses Seagal he uses the famous quote "Who Did Babby Lupo?" from Seagal's 'Out For Justice'. He makes me crack up. Anyway, he made his video editor Oliver Noble watch every Steven Seagal movie ever made (oh, the horror!!!) and come up with a running count of all the bone breaks that occur. This is a great one, check it out:
