When one of my favorite artists takes on one of my favorite movies, you just know that I have to post it. This is the case with my main man Sean Hartter taking on the seminal 80's classic horror film An American Werewolf in London. I have always loved John Landis's werewolf opus, but when it is immortalized in a fine piece of promotional art like this it makes me appreciate it that much more. The '3 Amigos' Reunite In Empire Magazine

This month's issue of Empire Magazine features an article about the 25th anniversary of 'The 3 Amigos'. For those of you who live under some sort of a rock this is one of the funniest movies of my childhood (my opinion of course) and features Chevy Chase, Steve Martin and Martin Short when they were in their primes. It was also directed by John Landis (we love him here at CCD!!!), so I had to bring this article to everyones attention. The bit in the movie about the meaning of the word "plethora" has always been one of my favorites. Here it is for your viewing pleasure:

The Return Of John Landis... Let The Rejoicing Commence!!!

For the first time in over 12 years the great and powerful wizard of cinema John Landis will be stepping behind the camera to bring us Burke & Hare. This film follows the exploits of the English killers of the same name who killed 17 people back in the 1820's and sold the bodies to a twisted scientist. It will be a black comedy, which suits Landis' style best... and it features CCD fave Simon Pegg, so its gotta be great. Andy Serkis, Isla Fisher, Christopher Lee, Tom Wilkinson, and Tim Curry join Pegg in what looks to be a wonderful cast and a wonderful film. Enjoy the trailer and make sure you check this one out in theaters soon (The film will release on Oct 29th in the UK and here soon after)
