Artin' It Up: All Horror Week Edition (Finally Continued!) by Tommy Lombardozzi

Hey folks.

So, while I was sharing some all-new, exclusive artwork here on CCD for our annual All Halloween Week back in October, I got a little sidetracked with something called Superstorm Sandy. That twat of all twats!!! Aside from having my whole apartment destroyed and my life made into even more of a mess than it usually is, I was unable to share my last two pieces in that week-long series because my computer was submerged in salt and sewer water. Fun.

See more after the jump!

Anyway, after a few months of uncertainty, my man Joe Flesche (aka Joe Fletch), a computer whiz and good pal, notified me that my external hard drives were working. That means I did not lose all my artwork, photos, music, song lyrics, porno, documents, etc. RELIEF!!!
So without further ado, I present to you my last two All-Halloween Week horror-themed art!
First up is"NOSFERATU"!

This was done in ink and marker on comicbook backing board, in a sparse style, based on (what I believe is) the silver screen's first adaptation of Bram Stoker's Dracula, 'Nosferatu'
And last but not least is a piece inspired by one of my all-time favorite movies (horoor or not), John Landis' Universal horror-comedy 'An American Werewolf in London'!
It's called "AN AMERICAN WEREWOLF (2012)"

This was an painstaking task. I did a very detailed pencil drawing (which I rarely ever do), and then inked it with inking markers. I then colored it with Photoshop, digitally, actually taking the colors from a still frame of the movie. This took me a long time to do, and I'm very happy with the end result. I hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoyed making it!
Well friends, that's that! Now on to 2013, bitches!!! I have some ideas brewing, and once I have a new computer, scanner, and new supplies, I will be doing some big things this year! Big Apple Comicon? NYCC?! Website overhaul?!? Stay tuned!! And as always, spread the word of CULTURAL COMPLUSIVE DISORDER!
Until next time, C.C.Degenerates...
...SMILE UP!
